What's a celebrity life without the spotlight… and a multimillion dollar controversy? Everybody loves it and so in this article the spotlight is awarded to our famous vain celebrities who just can't get enough of themselves.

Celebrity men and women spend fortunes for self-improvement and why not? They have the means to do it. Some sane individuals go to a shrink to avoid self destruction while some resort to plastic surgery. In fairness to these famous folks there really are great plastic surgeons surrounding Hollywood more than anywhere else in the world but if your surgeon is as insane as you are then you might just end in the top five worst celebrity plastic surgery of all times.

5^th  – Tara Reid

Well who on Earth would forget about Tara Reid this blonde American Pie star who has suffered from public humiliation and career destruction all because of a plastic surgery gone bad. Tara admitted that she had a boob job, and as most photos of her revealed a liposuction. Her tummy now looked like that of a sixty year old with six playful children.

4^th  – Victoria Beckham

Posh Spice as most knows her or the lucky girl who married one of the hottest bachelors of all time, David Beckham or just worst celebrity plastic surgery ever made. Perhaps she married the wrong guy because she gotten so insecure about her body that she had to get breast implants that looked like two soccer ball dangling in her skinny figure. It is trashy and not at all spicy!

3^rd – Pamela Anderson

In the nineties Baywatch babe Pamela ruled! And so does her dangling boobies all over the television set. Men drool over her and women obviously envy her. Whether she wanted to conquer the world of boobies or what not, a boob job gone wrong is what she represents, for we'll never forget about her boobies exploding inside her guts! However today Pamela says no more to Plastic surgery and she means NO More! Let's give her a round of applause guys…

Jocelyn Wildenstein also known as “Bride of Frankenstein”… oh wait its “Bride of Wildenstein”. Yes she is controversial that's right, believing that changing her face would change her marriage. Jocelyn apparently had undergone too many “plastic surgery gone wrong” procedures that she now looked like a monster in monster land. But who could blame her she's got money why not spend it lavishly, right?

1^st – Michael Jackson

The famous Michael Jackson… oh well he died because of his addiction to plastic surgery what more can I say. I mourned the day he died, my lips are sealed; just take a look at his photos and you decide.

So there goes the top worst celebrity plastic surgery of all times. Hopefully none of our present celebrities make the same mistake. Too much of a good thing is bad, I'll put that in mind.
